The Emergency Medicine Foundation (EMF) is seeking a self-driven, innovative an experienced and self-driven Grants Officer.
EMF is looking for an experienced and self-driven Grants Officer to join our small but collaborative and supportive team.
Reporting to the Research Manager and working with the Grants Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the full range of grants administration tasks at EMF. Key responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role, you will possess a ‘roll-up your sleeves’ can-do attitude, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to attend to multiple, competing tasks. We envisage this appointment being approximately 3 days per week with negotiable hours.

You must have a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, ideally within the not-for-profit, health and/or research sectors. You have sound knowledge of grants administration processes, MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Power Point), excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a good understanding of project management.
Experience with SmartyGrants or a similar online grants management platform is essential.
