Applications for all grant schemes in EMF’s flagship Queensland Research Program open today Tuesday 28 January, with $1 million in research funding available across six grant schemes. The Queensland Research Program is open to all clinicians across Queensland public hospital emergency departments, the Queensland Ambulance Service, Retrieval Services Queensland, Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section), and LifeFlight. Eligible applicants include emergency specialists, nurses, paramedics, allied health professionals, and rural generalists.
Special Focus for Round 43: In this round, EMF is prioritising proposals aimed at improving emergency healthcare outcomes for First Nations people and enhancing research capability and capacity for First Nations emergency clinicians. Proposals aligned with this focus will be given priority.
